Summary of OLF Contracting Information
The
OLF Business Model
calls for functional, three-year, renewable contracts for
OLF
e-Information Services and/or
OLF
Development Services. You stay in control at all times
while we work with your personnel to "get it right" before
we "go live" with your e-forms.
Under
the OLF contracting process, we keep everything
running smoothly, starting with a couple of your forms that
will bring you the most savings in the least amount of
time. We apply our software to develop intelligent forms
and processes while we get-to-know-you and
you-get-to-know-us, then we take on another half dozen or so
forms and continue in this manner.
As each
customized form “goes live”, the error-free data is loaded
directly into your current databases or OLF developed
relational databases, along with the data coming from your
paper forms. In this manner, you don’t “turn off the
switch” on your current processes when you ”go live” with
OLF IntelliForms.
For
OLF e-Information Services,
we use a performance based pricing formula, whereby OLF
doesn’t charge anything up front, but simply
collects a small "fee-per-form-data-submission". This fee
is generally about 25% of your total current costs to
process the same error-free form data into your databases
when using paper forms. This fee is determined in advance
for each form coming under contract, and carries a
significant high-volume discount, thus providing you with a
convenient method to calculate your annual budget for
related functions.
For
OLF Development Services,
we use the same performance based pricing formula as
described for OLF e-Information Services. Thus, if
you contract for this service, the annual cost can easily be
calculated before a contract is signed.
A
significant feature gained by contracting for both

Services, is
that all the related information is in digital format before
you ever see it and it stays in digital format throughout
your workflow processes. By making use of highly developed
OLF programs that customize each of your forms, you
