Summary of OLF Functions for Digital Data Delivery

OLF e-Information Services

OLF is an application services provider who customizes data-users’ (form owners) currently-designed forms (maintaining original look and feel):

• Applies OLF IntelliForms™ and OLF Persistent InfoSec™ software.

• Provides for pre-entry of data and saves partial fill-in for later completion.

• Provides data calculations and validation with data correction prompts.

• Supports export of text in PDF, RTF, XML, HTML, or TXT via plugins.

• Provides compressed / encrypted image of filled-in and signed forms.

Prepared forms are loaded onto the OLF Form Server, accessible only through the data-users’ web sites.

OLF will provide the following related functions when requested:

• Prepares forms for digital signature, providing data-filer e-Authentication.

• Prepares forms for progressively additional individuals’ digital signatures, related to approval and / or additional data entry on a form, prior to reaching the data-user’s database.

• Prepares forms with OLF FDF2XML™ software for formatting form data in XML format upon submission of the form data, and / or, upon further transmission from the original data-user’s database to other databases.

• Prepares forms for gathering digital data such as X-Rays, scanned Immigration documents, CAD developed architectural and engineering drawings, educational and legal documents, etc. for secure Internet delivery.

When the data-filer (person filling in the forms) clicks on “Submit”, OLF;

• Gathers error-free data from the data-filer's computer,

• Applies 128-bit SSL Encryption,

• Securely transmits the data via the Internet, and

• Loads the data into the data-user's database.

OLF Development Services

OLF will provide the following services when requested:

• Develop relational databases and workflow applications for data received from your forms to attain significant productivity improvements.

• Develops archival databases with search and retrieval workflow applications for the filled-in, compressed, and encrypted imaged forms.
